In general, we do not ship. We are only local pick up and delivery. We are located in Central Florida, (unincorporated Oviedo, Florida). However, if you require shipping, reach out and we can discuss your specific situation.

Unfortunately, there is no discount offered for larger orders. We are a one-person business and the larger the order, the more time it will take to complete.

Pricing for cookies varies depending on the size, the number of different designs, and design time. Specific cut out, printed cookies offered on the site begin at $40 a dozen or as listed. (Usually a minimum of 3 inch cookie) Custom designs begin at $40 a dozen for 2.5 inch round, 5/16 thick cookie (up to 3 designs) and $45 a dozen for 3 inch, ¼ inch thick round (up to 3 designs). Other sizes, shapes, available, just ask. More than three designs per order – add $5 per extra design. Each cookie will be individually heat sealed for freshness and longevity of the cookie.

Each cookie is individually heat sealed, which extends the life of the cookies. If kept sealed, they should last for three weeks, maybe more, at room temperature. If you would like to keep the cookies for an extended time, it is suggested to keep them sealed, placed in an airtight container, and put in the freezer. They will last for six months - possibly longer. Refrigerating the cookies is not suggested.

Once your date and order are confirmed, payment in full is required to hold the date of completion. Until payment is received, the date will not be held, and the order will not begin to be processed.

Our preference for payment is Zelle or payment through our invoice, which can accept credit cards. No refunds will be offered through Zelle for "overpayment".
